Exceptional service and helpful staff, especially Marco and the concierge, were highlights. The room was large, bright, comfortable with high ceilings and moldings, though some rooms had lower ceilings and smaller windows on the mezzanine floor. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and served at the luxury Hotel Sitea nearby. The hotel was a converted historical palace located close to central Turin with a grand restored staircase but faced a busy street requiring closed windows in some rooms.
