The hotel was well located for exploring Turin, with easy access to historic sights and nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout the stay. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious enough despite some quirks. Breakfast offered a lovely buffet with good variety and great value for money. Assistance was provided promptly during unexpected schedule changes caused by a railroad strike.
