The hotel was located right at the ferry stop with interesting views of the lake from several directions and close to downtown shops and major attractions. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and friendly while Natalia helped put together a great plan that made the stay significantly better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely appointed with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent with staff setting up a sunset table on the rooftop deck for light snacks and champagne. The spa had a sauna and pool which were added benefits, described as atmospheric and best suited for two persons.
