Exceptional room had a walk-in wardrobe, large comfortable bed, super desk with lamp, excellent WiFi, minibar offerings and luxurious towels and linen. Reception staff member Giulia was warm and professional while bar staff were exemplary in service, porters showed genuine care. The restaurant Carlo e Carmillo served thoughtful options from local Piedmontese dishes to UK and USA cuisine. The hotel was located centrally in historic Turin near the Egyptian Museum and Port Nuova train station with an outdoor terrace available.
