Exceptional staff, especially Marcia and Martina, were friendly and helpful with taxi ordering and European chargers, the room was tidy, spacious with a comfortable bed and high ceiling, while breakfast had good variety, the hotel was clean with a pretty lobby and old-fashioned luxury design located close to the train station, city center attractions, supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, and a park.
