The apartment featured a comfortable bed and a superb location ideal for exploring on foot. Facilities included hot water, heating, towels, a toaster, kettle, fridge, and cooker. The building was historical yet the interior remained clean and modern. Public transport options such as bus, tram, and metro were within easy reach. A third bed was prepared in one of the rooms.
