Alessandro was very helpful and kind, he explained the building controls for the heater and delivered an extra blanket to the room. The apartment was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed, a kitchen that had everything needed, and a great jacuzzi shower with a radio. The location was central, close to metro and train stations, Parco del Valentino was reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, and there were many bars and restaurants nearby while remaining quiet.
