The apartment appeared nicer in person than in the pictures, with a spacious and clean interior. The location was convenient, close to daily necessities and near the sports arena. An elevator was available in the building, adding comfort despite its small size. The owner was punctual and helpful throughout the stay. A supermarket was within walking distance, and parking spaces were usually free nearby.
