A brand-new 1-bedroom flat was located very close to Spezia metro station, offering both in-person and self check-in options. The apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with a washing machine and coffee maker. A coffee shop at the corner served breakfast with provided coupons. Despite being in a busy area, soundproofing ensured tranquility throughout the stay.
