Central location with a supermarket, general market, restaurants, bars, and launderette 2 minutes away was convenient and tram 4 was a 5-6 minute walk, the room had a comfortable bed, small fridge, and self-heating towel rack in the bathroom while Tatiana was very nice and available when needed.
