Helpful and friendly staff accommodated flexible check-in times and assisted with luggage despite no elevator, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean with working air-conditioning missing, breakfast had a good selection including gluten-free options, bus stop was right outside for easy access to Torino center, close to Lingotto shopping centre, Eataly store, restaurants, pizzerias and main congress hall.
