Gabriella was a very helpful and welcoming host who lent an umbrella and provided gluten free breakfast options with homemade cake. The room was spacious, clean, and had spectacular views of the Alps and city from the 9th floor. Breakfast was very good with Italian specialties, and several restaurants, bars, cafés as well as bus and tram connections were nearby.
