The apartment featured two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and was very comfortable. It was located outside the city center, allowing easy street parking and avoiding traffic. The studio included a kitchen and efficient air conditioning. The place was clean, modern, and well equipped with all necessary facilities. A small shopping mall with supermarkets and restaurants was nearby for convenience.
