Spacious apartment had high ceilings, original wood floors, two bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with coffee and cookies as welcome touches. The hosts Lucia and Emma were very helpful and friendly, lending an umbrella and ... a taxi. The location was near parks, river, metro within 10 minutes walking distance, bus stop close by, quiet despite proximity to main street with paid parking available at €1.20/hour from 8 to 19.
