Exceptional cleanliness and spacious, elegantly designed rooms with fresh linens and towels were complemented by a coffee machine with pods and complete amenities that felt new. The host was very attentive, communicated excellently, and helped retrieve forgotten pants by leaving them at a cafe near the train station. The location was perfect in the middle of Piazza Castello, close to main sites, shopping precincts, museums, restaurants, and parking was easy, however, early morning noise from a nearby café could be heard for about 15-20 minutes.
