The apartment featured spotless cleanliness and tasteful furnishings in a quiet courtyard accessible only with keys. It was well equipped with bathroom utilities, kitchen equipment, and more than enough towels. The location was convenient, close to public transport and the Politecnico. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, with quick solutions provided when needed. Facilities included a washer-dryer and complimentary coffee capsules and herbal teas.
