The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, and fully equipped with a coffee machine with capsules and air conditioning in each room. Tram stop 15 was located right next to the building, while the bus stop was a short walk away, tickets for public transportation could be purchased at the store near the tram stop. Several bars and a supermarket were nearby, along with an excellent Piedmont cuisine restaurant at reasonable prices.
